Daily rates (minimum 2 nights – 3 days):

Rental rate per night; minimum 3 nights and less than 1 week. Prices in US dollars:

PACKAGE 1: MAIN HOUSE LOS LAURELES
o Low season March to November: $400 a night.
o High season December to February: $600 a night.

PACKAGE 2: GUEST HOUSE LOS LAURELITOS
o Low season March to November: $200 a night.
o High season December to February: $300 a night.

PACKAGE 3: LOS LAURELES COMPOUND (main and guest house)
o Low season March to November: $600 a night.
o High season December to February: $800 a night.
Weekly rates (7 days – 6 nights):

Rental rate per week; each week has 7 days and 6 nights. Additional nights are charged after 1 week period on a maximum of 5 nights. Prices in US dollars:

PACKAGE 1: MAIN HOUSE LOS LAURELES
o Low season weekly rate: $2200 a week; additional nights at $300 per night
o High season weekly rate: $3000 a week; additional nights at $500 per night

PACKAGE 2: GUEST HOUSE LOS LAURELITOS
o Low season weekly rate: $1000 a week; additional nights at $150 per night
o High season weekly rate: $1500 a week; additional nights at $200 per night

PACKAGE 3: LOS LAURELES COMPOUND (main and guest house)
o Low season weekly rate: $3000 a week; additional nights at $400 per night
o High season weekly rate: $4000 a week; additional nights at $500 per night

Peak time weekly rates:

PACKAGE 1: MAIN HOUSE LOS LAURELES
o Easter: $4000; additional nights at $600 per night
o Christmas and New Year (December 24th 2007 to January 6th 2008): $4000; additional nights at $600 per night

PACKAGE 2: GUEST HOUSE LOS LAURELITOS
o Easter: $2000; additional nights at $300 per night
o Christmas and New Year (December 24th 2007 to January 6th 2008): $2000; additional nights at $300 per night

PACKAGE 3: LOS LAURELES COMPOUND (main and guest house)
o Easter: $5,000; additional nights at $600 per night
o Christmas and New Year (December 24th 2007 to January 6th 2008): $5,000; additional nights at $600 per night
* Prices apply for up to 6 adults in the main house, 4 adults in the guest house, and 10 adults in total for the entire compound.
* Additional person at $30 per night (this offer applies just for children and teens). No more than 16 people in the compound paying for extra guests and sleeping in 3 full inflatable beds.
