Palacio Tropical features 7 elegantly appointed bedroom suites with an additional lock-out suite - suitable for a nanny, pilot or other help; 8 full baths, 1 half bath; a fully-equipped modern kitchen; large high definition TV with surround sound in living room; audio system with speakers throughout the villa and pool area; TV’s and air-conditioning in each room; a large pool with patio bar and Jacuzzi; sun decks, patios, and balconies galore; a complete laundry facility; and an amazing house staff waiting to treat you and your guests like royalty!
Rates
High Season (mid-November through April) - ranges between $20,000-$25,000
Low Season (May until mid-November) - ranges between $15,000 - $20,000
$40,000 Christmas week and New Years week
A deposit of 50% of the total weekly rental is required within one (1) week of booking. Please note: Cashiers checks are the preferred method of payment. The total weekly rental balance is due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival. Once they have been made, weekly Palacio Tropical reservations cannot be cancelled. However, we will do our very best to fill your reserved time slot, and if we are successful, 75% of your deposit will be refunded. The remaining 25% will be retained by us, and may be applied toward the deposit of a new weekly reservation at a time that works better for you.
